When and where is the Create Conference 2023?
Friday and Saturday, September 15 and 16, 2023, in Hobbs, NM at Cowboy Junction Church, Hobbs, NM 88242
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
All sales are final and non-refundable. You may re-sell or gift your registration to a friend if you are unable to attend. Go to the order in your Eventbrite account and edit your ticket to a new name and email address and save the change. This will not remove the ticket from your account.
Do I need to print my ticket for entrance into the event?
This is a paperless event. You will check in with the QR code provided by EventBrite in your EventBrite account & delivered to your email. There is no need to print your ticket/QR code if you have access to this code on your electronic device. PRO TIP: Download the Eventbrite app for fast access!
What ages can attend the conference?
Female students going into the 6th grade and up are welcome to purchase a ticket. Ticket holders with little ones are welcome to bring their babies who are 6 months old and younger only.
Will water/soda be available?
The food trucks will be selling drinks. We will also have water and coffee stations around the church. Feel free to bring your own water bottle as well.
Will childcare be provided?
Childcare will not be provided at the Create Women's Conference.
Is there reserved seating?
All seating is general admission and on a first-come basis. Reserved seating is not available.
Will there be a place to store my belongings during the event?
There will not be a place onsite to store any belongings. We recommend bringing a bag that is easy to transport and keep with you throughout the day. For special consideration, please visit the info booth in the foyer onsite at the event.
Can I cancel my ticket for a refund?

What is the EventBrite procedure for transferring a ticket?
You can edit your the order information in your Eventbrite account to put your ticket under someone else's name and email address. This does not remove the ticket from your Eventbrite account. The new attendee will receive an email to claim the ticket when you save the change.
Can I register at the door on Friday, September 15?
Unfortunately, no. Due to limited space all ticket sales will occur prior to the event.
Will food be provided onsite?
Food trucks will be available onsite with food for purchase.
Where can I park?
Free parking is available onsite.
Will a nursing mother's room be available onsite?
Nursing mother's room is available for infants 6 months old and younger only.
Can men attend the day?
We love men. But this event is formatted and geared specifically for women. However, we do need men volunteers to serve. To sign up to volunteer email cigi@cowboyjunctionchurch.com.
Will there be videos available of the event?
No, we want our events to be unique to all who attend and encourage women to attend in person in order to experience the room.
